**The Role & Team**
To work as part of the team in the Council’s Bereavement Service with particular duties relating to the administration of burials and cremation. To assist with the sale of memorials and other products and services delivering exceptional face to face customer service, whilst working in a manner that maintains an atmosphere of reverence and respect.

**Your Responsibilities**
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has excellent planning and organisation skills, whilst being able to work as part of a busy dedicated team and has a willingness to learn. You must be prepared to work in a Customer Facing Role whilst also, being empathic and sensitive to the nature of the service.

You will have had experience of ICT systems i.e., Word and Excel.

This position will become permanent once fully trained.

**This role is fully office based.**
