Trust Temp Doctor - Speciality Registrar/ Senior Clinical Fellow/Specialty Doctor

We are looking to recruit caring, professional, suitably qualified Doctors to work across all grades and specialties on a bank basis. Barking, Havering & Redbridge University NHS Trust (BHRUT) is keen to grow our existing team of Bank Doctors and are looking for Doctors on an ‘as and when’ basis, across, but not limited to, the following specialty:

- All Medicine Specialty
- Emergency Medicine

**Essential Requirements**:

- GMC Registration
- A minimum of 6 months experience working within the NHS or acute hospital setting
- Relevant General Medicine experience

Depending on the kind of work you'd like to do, you could work in one of two locations:

- King George Hospital in Goodmayes, Ilford
- Queen’s Hospital in Romford Both hospitals provide a wide range of acute hospital services including: Emergency Department (A&E), outpatients, surgery, inpatient medical care and critical care. Together both hospitals have more than 1,000 inpatient beds. Our Trust works in partnership with the Virginia Mason Institute (VMI) based in Seattle. It is one of only five hospital Trusts in the UK to have this arrangement. The Virginia Mason Institute is known for helping healthcare organisations around the world to create and sustain a ‘lean’ culture of continuous improvement which puts patients first.

Essential Criteria

1. MBBS or equivalent Full Registration with the GMC with a minimum of six months NHS experience in a paid role.
2. 3 years post full registration with wide experience in most aspects of Emergency Medicine.
3. Or ACCS specialties (Anaesthesia, EM, Intensive Care Medicine or Acute Medicine), of which at least 12 months must be in Emergency Medicine.
4. Completion of SHO training (or equivalent)
5. Ability to work with multi
- disciplinary teams. Show initiative, responsibility and commitment to excellent clinical care.
6. Basic IT Skills Previous experience with digital clinical systems
7. Able to communicate & liaise effectively with patients, relatives and with colleagues in all disciplines. Written communication in a clear and concise manner.
