This position will be based within our Aberdeen office and will not be employed remotely.

JOR Property Ltd are an expanding property maintenance and development company, employing all trades to manage reactive and proactive projects in the Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire area. We are seeking a Social Media Content Administrator to be responsible for creating engaging content for the company’s social media channels, including keeping social media channels updated, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

Key Duties:

- Attend networking events in our local area that may be out with office hours.
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, tiktok and other relevant platforms, showcasing the company’s capabilities.
- Looking at opportunities for paid advertising and monitoring the return on such investments.
- Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content for all platforms that targets the key demographic groups who are likely to use the services of the company.
- Optimize content and processes by setting up review mechanisms that will determine the effectiveness of the company’s communications via social media to maximise engagement.
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence, and encourages audience participation.
- Create and manage a social media management process and schedule, ensuring that the company identifies and responds to new trends and themes and that content is created and released on a regular basis.
- Work as part of a team to develop social media campaigns as part of the overall marketing strategy.
- Analyse and report audience information and demographics, and success of ongoing social media projects.
- Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Work with key team members to coordinate ad campaigns within the social media strategy.
- Write and distribute e-newsletters and posts to the subscribers.
- Use timelines and schedule posts to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits.
- Carry out general administration duties, out with social media, including reception.

Personal Attributes & Essential Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in social media development.
- PC literate using Hootsuite (or similar) and Microsoft Office packages.
- A strong focus on customer care.
- A strong attention to detail and good admin skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Creative video and photography skills Desirable.
- Good knowledge of the Video / Photo editing software.
- Must be a team player, motivated, reliable and enthusiastic, with an outgoing personality.
