Smith Turner is a growing accountancy practice on the edge of the Normanton Industrial Estate. We are very close to Junction 31 on the M62. Our focus is on exceptional client service.
You will be joining us in a new role due to the growth of our business. We are a small friendly team and look to support people who wish to progress in their career and within the business.
- Greeting clients and being the point of contact for the office
- Preparing meeting rooms prior to client appointments
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Preparing client packs
- Drafting correspondence including letters and invoices
- Maintaining client records within the back-office system in an orderly and comprehensive manner
- Filing, scanning and other adhoc tasks as required
- It is possible for this role to develop to introduce basic book-keeping and payroll duties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
