**The Role**: As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leadership**: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with regulatory standards.
- **Curriculum Development**: implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
- **Communication**: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.
- **Health and Safety**: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
