I am looking for an experienced Room Leader to join one of my client nurseries in Brockley.

The nursery itself offers an exciting and vibrant environment with great facilities as well as strong working relationships.

**Requirements**:

- An Enhanced DBS subscribed to the Update Service **or** a willingness to undertake one
- At least 6 months’ UK experience working within Nurseries or Children's Centre settings
- Some experience of leading staff in an Early Years Setting
- Be hard working with a passion for Early Years Education
- Be able to build strong relationships with children, colleagues and parents
- Have sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and safeguarding
- Ability to promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Be a role model for positive behaviour
- Plan and provide engaging activities that children are inspired by
