We are working closely with a company, who is expanding their team. As a result, they are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Customer Engagement Associate. The main goal of the position is to drive customer engagement for well-known brands helping to increase their customer base and deliver results.

**More About the Role**

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you’ll be at the forefront, connecting with customers and showcasing premium products in popular North West London locations. You’ll be responsible for building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the best solutions. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to refine your sales skills, working alongside a team known for outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.

Your core responsibilities include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers, building meaningful connections and fostering loyalty.
- **Product Promotion and Sales**: Demonstrate product features with expertise, making it easy for customers to see the value of what’s offered.

Through supportive training and hands-on experience, you’ll quickly gain the confidence to lead conversations, make recommendations, and close sales. You’ll also enjoy opportunities to enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying potential new business.

Pay: £500.00-£550.00 per week
