**Activity Assistant** **Bourne House Nursing Home, KT6 6QR** **Hours per week: 22.5** **The Role** As Activity Assistant, you will work as part of a team to facilitate various activities within the home. Your primary focus is to cater to the individual preferences, needs, and capabilities of each resident. By doing so, you provide avenues for residents to engage in new experiences while encouraging their involvement in hobbies and activities they already enjoy. Building strong relationships with both residents and their families is integral to fostering emotional well-being.
