**Job Coach - The Role**:
This exciting opportunity will provide you with a varied and interesting role to work as a part of an award -winning team and will give you job satisfaction that most other work cannot.
You will help individuals with skills, qualifications and job matching, and liaise with learners and employers, supporting learners to develop their independence and reach their full potential.
Key tasks will include:
- Working 1:1 with learners,
- Group working,
- Travel training,
- Observations and prompts,
- Working closely with employers & training providers.
**About You**:
Experience is not required as full training is provided. This is a unique role with no two days the same, working across a wide range of host employment & learning settings.
We are looking for a range of transferrable skills, including being organised, self-motivated, and determined to enable people to succeed.
You must be passionate, committed and share our values about employment opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people.
**You must hold Full Driving license and use of a vehicle for work and will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply)**
