Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a **Supply Chain Administrator **to join our client based in Hitchin, supporting with stock control, process improvements and an overall smooth running of their supply chain.
You will work as part of a friendly team of 3 as part of a much larger business in lovely modern offices.

**Main Duties**:
- Plan, maintain and review raising of Purchase Orders within MRP system
- Working with Supply Chain Coordinator to monitor, report and control stock levels
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of processes, maximising stock turns
- Manage, maintain and improve working relationships with suppliers
- Assist the purchasing team to identify potential areas for savings and improvements of supplier Terms & Conditions
- Ensuring suppliers adhere to Terms and Conditions, including signing of the business Code of Conduct
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working in a Purchasing or Supply Chain department
- Working knowledge of an MRP system
- Strong IT skills, Excel would be advantageous
- Great communication skills, as you will be required to liaise with both internal and external customers
- Well organised with an attention to detail
