**What does the role involve?**

Reporting into the Group Financial Accountant, the Finance Assistant will participate and contribute towards financial control and tax compliance. You will provide daily support to the finance department and ensure all work is carried out in line with company regulations.

**Some of your key duties will include**:
Maintain the daily posting of the Head Office bank accounts and perform associated reconciliations in accordance with the deadlines. Contribute towards maintaining optimum effectiveness of the Head Office bank reconciliation rules in Oracle Cash Management

Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records for Head Office, including preparing balance sheet reconciliations, preparing/loading general ledger journals, raising manual invoices as required.

Provide admin support on all supplier related processes

To undertake any other duties as specified from time to time in accordance with Novuna's business requirements.

**What are we looking for?**

A strong finance assistant will embody a strong set of numerical and analytical skills. They will have the keen eye for detail to ensure that all processes are completed in line with company regulations. They will also have a keen interest into the world of finance and be looking to develop their career utilising this role as a starting point.

Also, we're looking for the following:
Strong numerical and Analytical skills

Educated to degree level

IT Proficiency

Knowledge of difference between credit and debit is a plus
