As the Supply Chain Analytics Lead, your primary responsibility lies in delivering comprehensive analytical support, encompassing daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicator reporting. A pivotal aspect of this role involves furnishing valuable insights to both the Supply Chain teams and the senior leadership, all of which are geared towards generating positive impacts on the business. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating root cause analysis cases that stem from these insights, ensuring a holistic approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.

The Supply Chain Analytics Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Logistics, and other departments within the ambit of Supply Chain and Tech Operations. Your key mandate is to provide leadership and support to the Supply Chain Analytics team, fostering the development and enhancement of tools and reports. This ensures that the requisite level of support is consistently accessible for all projects while guaranteeing the accuracy and relevance of our tools through regular updates.

***What we're looking for**:

- Strong analytical skills, capable of handling large data sets, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience in line managing a team of Analysts
- Strong communication skills (able to present in a variety of formats and styles).
- The ability to present analysis to a wide range of stakeholders to the appropriate level.
- Appreciation and aptitude to debate detail (both technical and commercial) with both internal and external parties
- Commercially aware and consider cost impacts on decisions and proposals

**Preferred but not essential (in addition to minimum)**:

- Knowledge of VBA and Google script
- Knowledge of Google DataStudio
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Apex
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of Supply Chain
