Compliance Administrator

The primary role of the support administrator is to provide administrative support to D2E’s clients portfolio account, for which D2E ensures the Clients asset (lift, escalator, façade access asset) is maintained to the agreed contract with the maintenance provider, is operating optimally and is compliant to relevant legislation.
The support administrator will work within the business support team and report to the business support team manager. They will also work closely with the account manager of the account they support.
**Role Responsibilities**
The main day to day responsibilities of the role include;
- Asset Management - Ensuring that there is an up-to-date and accurate register of assets for each client with the required data.
- Client Data - Ensuring that all data relating to the client is correctly stored on the D2E cloud server.
- Compliance Management - Managing the Thorough Examination (TE) process from start to finish for each client.
- D2E Audit Process - Managing the D2E site or unit audit process from scheduling audit dates, management of engineer’s calendars, to reviewing audit report and submitting to client.
- Contract Management - Ensuring that any contract variations for new site additions or cancelled sites from the client’s portfolio are completed to the client requirements.
- Financial Management - Reviewing of Client supplier quotes and invoices, management of financial trackers for these documents and communication with the Client and supplier to ensure good financial management of the Clients’ portfolio.
- Account Support - Support the account manager by coordinating, collating data and, on occasion, attending for supplier and client meetings.
- KPI Data Collation
- Reporting - Collating data for monthly/quarterly Client reports and occasional writing of life cycle reports and strategic reports.
- Office Management - Management of the Manchester office including office supplies and requirements, supporting H&S officer with Manchester office-based items, and liaising with IT support for any office-based IT issues. This will also involve supporting the Manchester team with any business development initiatives in the North.
- Follow D2E ISO processes and contractual obligations.
**Requirements**:
**Package**
- Salary is £23,000 - £25,000
- Workplace pension available to those aged 22 and above, enrolment after first 3 months.

**Place of Work**
The role will be based at D2E's Manchester office. D2E currently operate under hybrid working with employees coming into the office 2-3 days a week and being allowed to work from home on the other days. Working from home days are agreed with the employee's line manager.
D2E’s head office is based in London. In normal circumstances, employees will be required to travel to London approximately once a month for the day and may be required to stay overnight occasionally for training, team events or client meetings. All travel expenses are covered by D2E.
**Training**
A knowledge of lifts and escalators is not expected and a full induction programme to the company will cover the basic knowledge needed regarding lifts and escalators which will be developed over the course of the employee’s time at D2E.

D2E provides consultancy services at all stages of a lift or escalators lifecycle, from the initial feasibility and concept design stages, to specification, assisting with the tender stage to a lift contractor and project assurance during order, pre-start, installation, handover and completion. Once the lift is up and running, D2E provide asset management services through till the end of the asset’s lifecycle, when we can support and provide recommendations to the Client during modernisation or replacement of their asset.
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
