**Location: Stirling**
**5 days a week, 8.30am till 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. (37.5 hours a week)**

**About the Agency**:
As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. We are a business where honesty, integrity, and trust are at the heart of our values. We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.

This exciting position is based in the Stirling Office, which has ample car parking and is conveniently located not far off the motorway.

**About the role**:
1. Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
2. Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies; with a focus on home and car insurance.
3. Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.

**About you**:
Whether you are a school leaver looking to start your next chapter, or just looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you. While previous experience within the insurance or financial industry is a benefit, it’s not essential as you will receive full training. We would anticipate training including gaining your insurance product licences to take 12 months to become fully competent in the role.

4. Minimum of Grade 3 in Standard Grade Maths and English (or equivalent i.e. GSCE grade C).
