A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work at **Pentland Land Rover** in Stirling **as a Service Advisor.**

**Do you have what it takes to work in a highly demanding customer focused role?**Are you confident and motivated to provide a high level of customer satisfaction? This is a critical customer focused role which demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer care.

**The Role as Service Advisor**
- Evaluate customer needs on servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks
- Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner and competently handling objections
- Coordinate internally with the workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process
- Deliver exceptional customer service in order to achieve the customer satisfaction set objectives whilst adhering to the manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
- Maintain accurate customer details to ensure customer database is up to date
- Up to date knowledge on additional products and services is essential
- Work in line with all service and warranty policies of both group and manufacturer

**Skills & experience we know will help Service Advisor succeed in this role**
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferable
- Deliver first class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives
- Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets
- Confident and professional communication skills
