**Job Title - Support Worker (Male only)**

**Location
- Hertfordshire/Waltham Cross**

**Pay - £10 an hour (Day Shift)**
**- £10 an hour + £50 (Night Shift)**

**Hours - 40 hours + MUST be able to do 1-3 sleep ins a week**
- A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a support worker for Tezlom. We are on the hunt for dedicated and passionate support workers to work in supported living facilities between Hertfordshire and Waltham Cross. _

**Duties**
- _To perform basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user´s support plan _
- _To alert the Service Manager of any changes in the service user´s condition or circumstances _
- _To create and maintain good communication with Service Users including those who may have some degree of communication difficulties _
- _To make and maintain effective working relationships with Service Users _
- _To develop good communication links with the usual carer or family member in the service user´s home _
- _To prepare and cook meals if outlined in the support plan _
- _To undertake housekeeping, household cleaning and laundry duties as requested if outlined in the support plan _
- _To help with purchasing of provisions to provide an adequate, balanced and stimulating diet where necessary_
- _Administration of medication, to include checking and auditing._

**Essential**
- **Must have at least 3 months of experience in Care/Support.**:

- **Must be flexible to do 1-3 sleep in shifts a week**:

- **Must be a driver**
