We are looking for an experienced production / transport administrator to help with running our planning and transport schedules.

Your role will include the scheduling of all orders created by our sales department onto our planning tools. You will work closely with the sales team and factory managers. You will be responsible for generating delivery notes and scheduling delivery runs working closely with the companies delivery team.

You must possess

A keen eye for detail and be comfortable with various data entry

A can do attitude is advantageous

Previous office experience

Ability to maintain the required administrative duties for the role

Ability to use your own initiative and have a can do attitude to helping others in the office

Good maths skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and especially Excel.

Good verbal and written skills.

Desirable Qualities

Experience in data analysis

Experience in time and motion study

Experience in using Prospect CRM software

Experience in using Unleashed MRP software.

The role is a full time position
