Previous experience within Client management, Customer Service,Transport or Distribution is preferred.

**Training/induction**

Starting on an intensive 8 week training you will spend time on days and nights to understand the operation and shadow key members of the team. Eventually you will move onto a **_4 on 4 off night shift pattern_**

There will be options to eventually move within the operation into days.

Shifts start on nights between 5-7pm.

**Initial duties for a graduate will involve**:

- As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for chasing other depots for later runners
- Communicating internally and externally to update on client accounts
- Provide KPI reporting and managing proof of Delivery
- Monitoring nightperformance through transport management software analysing information
- Paperwork handling
- Any other relevant duties

**SALARY**:£26,000-29,000 DOE

**HOLIDAY**:25 days per annum, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days

**BENEFITS**:
Discretionary bonus scheme.

Pension: After 12 months you can join the Company contributory pension scheme (Employee contributes 6% and Company contributes 6%)
