**Client Details**

My client is a 3PL is looking for their new Stock Manager, servicing their client, out of multiple distribution centres across the UK and Europe. With the expansion throughout the eCommerce sector, my client has rapidly expanded throughout the Leicestershirearea over the last five years, enhancing the logistics offering, and winning multiple new contracts, servicing the UK's leading brands.

**Description**

The Stock Manager will take ownership and accountability for quantity and value of all the clients inventory:

- Reduce stock at risk and model warehouse capacity requirements to identify opportunities.
- Review and analyses of projected business reduce stock at risk and model warehouse capacity requirements to identify opportunities.
- Ensure that all Shortages raised, investigated and the results communicated with all necessary departments/personnel.
- Ensure that all missing stock is investigated and adjusted as required, results to be communicated as required.
- Ensure the Completion of obsolete counts where necessary in line with direction from customer
- Be responsible for a team of Stock Controllers

**Profile**
- Have a minimum of 2+ years Stock / Inventory experience within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Background - **Essential**:

- Have previously worked across both in-house and 3rd party Logistics operations - **Advantageous**:

- Knowledge of contract pack, cycle counts as well as bills of materials - ideally in end of life and stock rotation - **Desirable**:

- Have a proven track record of working as part of a team alongside key stakeholders.
- Have Team Leader experience - **Desirable**:

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written.
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organisational abilities.
- Commutable to Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
- Ability to work a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern
- Be proficient in the use of WMS - JDA/Red Prairie/Manhattan - **Essential**

**Job Offer**
- Salary - £30,000 to £35,000.
