Warehouse/Stock Control Administrator - £22,500.00

Bardon, Coalville

**Working hours**

**Tuesday to Saturday, 0600 - 1500 or 0700 - 1600**
- Training in Level 2 Food Hygiene

To carry out warehouse duties following all relevant company procedures and adhering to company policies.

**Key Tasks / Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate regular stock inventory audit.
- Monitor and record stock and record through to the WMS,
- Keep updated stock inventory records
- Ensure correct dress code (PPE) is worn at all times.
- Follow clean as you go policy, so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
- Report any Health and Safety issues to supervisor/manager

**Resource Management**

Along with manager/supervisor monitor and control the use of resource in a cost-effective manner.

Actively seek training in the respective areas to enhance the flexibility of the company

**People/Personal Management**

Build working relationships with peers and work colleagues both within the department and throughout the company.

Operate to high moral, personal and appearance standards.

Maintain personal discipline, time keeping and morale.

**Skills/Knowledge and Qualifications**

The ability to communicate with people within your area and other areas of the business.

Computer literate, competent on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience of working in Stock Control position

Working knowledge of inventory management software

Active participation in inventory audits

Excellent organization skills

**Desirable skills/Knowledge**

Experience of working in a Chilled environment
