We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our market leading client based in Langley. This is an exciting opportunity to create strategies and tactical plans to grow the business through a variety of sales channels and meet revenue andprofit targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape for your specific product group
- Build a strong knowledge base of competitors and their activities
- Identify opportunities within the customer base and formulate clear strategies to help grow share within each account.
- Using your knowledge of the market, work with the sales-team to create and develop new business streams.
- Develop and implement the category line up to meet the needs of the local market to deliver a long term business plan, to achieve sales and profit targets
- Be the expert and champion for your categories building credibility with internal and external partners
- Leverage product sourcing partnerships pro-actively, both current and new
- Provide support to the sales channels, sharing knowledge and assisting with the presentation of product and market information.
Key Skills Required:

- Business experience beneficial in product management.
- Proven track record of product and promotional category management.
- Track record in achieving budget and demonstrating good business acumen and strong financial skills.
- Relationship builder, able to win the trust and respect of all internal and external customers. Ability to develop existing and potential relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
