St Andrews Links Trust is a great organisation committed to the Home of Golf as the world’s most renowned golf complex where we deliver memorable and unique experiences for every golfer on a daily basis. Our seven golf courses, including the Old Course, are our core product and principal business driver but over recent decades our organisation has diversified and expanded to where we are today.

We are looking for Clubhouse Assistants to join our Clubhouse Services team on a permanent basis, to provide a quality service to customers of our Clubhouses ensuring that service delivery standards are met at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the Home of Golf. You will join a team who are passionate and very motivated to ensure you embark on further skills and personal development. To be successful in this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow;

- Preparation and cleaning of facilities including ground and surrounding perimeter, to agreed standard.
- Moving, assembling and dismantling of equipment, furniture, displays, seating etc. as required.
- Preparation and cleaning of locker rooms, golf shoes and equipment and dealing with enquiries and providing general support to golfers.
- Routine maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Overseeing and general safety and behaviour of the public, to prevent injury, misuse and damage to facilities and equipment.
- Taking bookings, dealing with enquires, handling cash, delivery and receipt of goods, maintaining proper records.
- Internal delivery/mail service for the Links.
- General security and safety of facilities and immediate surroundings.
- Understand and adhere to all Links policies and procedures.
- Any other duties that may be required.
