**The Opportunity**

Are you an experienced sales leader, commercially driven with a proven track record in proactive sales management?

Working in partnership with the general manager, head of hotel sales, and our wider commercial functions you will ensure the achievement of the total hotel sales budget for each hotel within your region. You will define the hotel's commercial strategy, lead & manage each hotel's commercial plan, develop sales culture across all hotel departments, engaging with all relevant stakeholders in this leadership role.

As Director of Sales (DOS), you will proactively drive new business opportunities and work with LGH and brand CRO to achieve conversion targets, ensuring we maximise revenue across all market segments.

You will identify, target, and develop all local and national accounts for B2B, and groups utilising local and brand campaigns to raise the hotel profile and increase account performance YOY.

Responsible for the hotel marketing strategy and working with each hotel's brand via LGH central marketing to optimise each hotel's visibility, activity, and engagement.

- 5+ years in the hotel industry working in a proactive sales management role, multi property preferred
- Local relevant market experience within the regional hotels’ locations
- Evidenced new business sales success
- Experienced in territory management to maximise new sales opportunities
- Account Management / New Business Development experience
- Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately
