**The company**

My client is a large and established creative business who are currently looking to expand their sales team. They are well known and respected in the industry and offer multiple growth and development opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someoneto join a fun and enthusiastic team in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.

**Duties**
- Work towards company KPI's and ensure targets are achieved every month
- Have a good understanding of the digital sales process, with the skills to be able support of members of the team
- To have a full understanding of industry, competitor analysis, publications, key brands, inventory, digital targets - and how to increase revenue year on year
- Help build your team working with HR and external agencies
- To have a strong knowledge of your personal figures, targets, and budgets
- To grow and develop the existing client base
- Implement a strategy/vision for your client
- Source, target and develop new business opportunities
- Create and present regular reports to senior management
- Ensure new leads and targeted clients are converted into returning business
- To represent company at all times during the event in a professional manor
- Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders
- Past experience on delivering successful digital revenue
- Strong relationship building skills
