**George Proctor & Partners **are a full service independent estate agency operating in the London borough of Bromley. We offer a complete range of property services including; sales, lettings, financial services, and property management.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers and tenants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service both to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants

Competitive basic salary and uncapped personal commission structure.

5 working days a week - Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week

**Salary**: On target earnings £25,000.00 pa +

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bromley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
