We help employers build recruitment processes and fill their jobs in house. We work with all the major and niche UK job boards to help companies secure appropriate media and post ehris jobs in the right places. We also work with the UK government on a numberof funded schemes to help young people get into work.

**What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?**
- Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve the monthly revenue target.
- Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
- Build firm relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good level of communication awareness at all times.
- Represent TalentSpa in a professional manner and to adhere to agreed sales standards internally and externally.

**What experience do we look for in our Recruitment Sales Executive**:

- No sales experience is needed as full training will be provided
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, drive and great communication skills.
- Confident and proactive personality.
- Computer literate with the ability to use and master internal systems and MS Office suite.
