Due to rapid growth, my Manchester based client is looking for a talent acquisition executive who can help identify and bring talent into the business across a wide variety of areas.

**Main duties**:

- Managing the 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Talent mapping, networking and headhunting across a variety of roles
- Organising and scheduling interviews
- Utilising Job boards, social media and LinkedIn to identify and recruit the best talent
- Ensuring that we have a constant talent pool of high-quality sales and property professionals
- Working with suppliers including job boards and recruitment agencies

**Ideally you will have;**:

- Previous Recruitment experience within a Recruitment Agency or Internal environment
- A background in recruiting commercial roles across sales and support functions
- A financial drive and hunger for success
- An outgoing, confident and sociable personality with lots of self-motivation
