**Role description**

We’re looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic proofreader and editor to proof and copyedit Make’s literature and help create and curate marketing materials. The role is an integral part of our visual communications team. It involves working with Make’slead editor as well as architects across the studio on written project documents, and assisting with marketing and promotional collateral. You will be working within already established brand and stylistic guidelines.

**Responsibilities** Your main responsibility is to ensure that all written material produced by Make is of a high standard, well written, consistent in style and free from errors. This includes:

- Project descriptions and case studies
- Brochures and promotional collateral
- Presentation boards
- Competition submissions
- Awards entries
- Pitch documents and presentations
- RIBA Stage reports
- Design and Access statements
- Policy statements and Make manuals
