Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Customer Account Assistant to join their established team in Ipswich.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Lead and play an essential role in all aspects of customer support and relationship success.

**The role**:

- Liaising with UK retail customers - buildng productive relationships with buying departments
- Order fulfilment
- Regularly interacting with internal departments - logistics, warehousing and product development
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Customer focused to provide excellent customer service
- Organised and driven to succeed, methodical approach to work
- Great attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Self-motivated
