Picture yourself working in our modern Kirkstall Forge head office, conveniently located 6 minutes from Leeds, where you'll be the go-to person for our customers and suppliers, helping with vehicle maintenance, breakdown or defect support queries. You'll be the friendly voice ensuring every call is handled with professionalism and care, making sure all information is accepted and entered on to systems accurately.

This is a busy and fast-growing department, and the ideal environment for someone with previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales, a passion for problem solving and a proven ability to work in an organised and fast paced capacity is absolutely key.

**So, what will you be doing?**
- Proactively manage customer queries, ensuring all incoming calls are answered within the specified Key Performance Indicator (KPI) times,
- Thoroughly record all vehicle, trailer, or equipment breakdowns and defects in our Call Capture database.
- Manage incoming calls effectively by providing immediate assistance or directing callers to the appropriate department
- Pay close attention to detail when gathering and documenting clear information from callers about breakdowns, defects, or repair needs. Ensure accurate relay of this information to the relevant team member for follow-up.
- Handle FNOL (First Notice of Loss) calls meticulously by logging each incident accurately in our database
- Serve as a crucial communication link within Commercial Fleet Solutions, promoting effective communication for internal and external inquiries, reporting, disputes, and legal compliance.
