You will work as a Senior Business Analyst in the Children and Families Digital team. We help run and maintain products and services that improve the outcomes for children, by enabling parents to put in place and manage sustainable child maintenance arrangementsin an efficient and convenient way.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Leading business analysis activities within complex projects/environments.
- Using a wide range of tools and techniques to identify improvements and make recommendations.
- Working collaboratively within an agile environment to deliver the best outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Supporting colleagues to take responsibility for their own learning and development.
- You will translate the business problem and user needs into a set of detailed requirements for the solution that align to best practice methodology, with the appropriate use of epics, features, user stories and defined acceptance criteria.

Pay for this role is up to **£59,589**
