Duties will include but are not restricted to: - Answering telephone - Filing paperwork - Liaising with engineers - Photocopying and scanning of documentation - Invoicing - Keeping records - Data Entry - Booking and scheduling of appointments - Liaising with partners and suppliers Key skills required: - Excellent written and verbal communication - High attention to detail - A good "can do" attitude - Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel - Willing to learn - Excellent telephone manner Experience of working in a similar office environment is required. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Must live within easy commuting distance of the workplace. Training will be provided where required.
