Customer Service Representative

**Customer Care Executive Duties**:
- Process card payments from cash sale customers
- Answer the phone, take first line.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly.
- Work with the company’s courier and track orders, update customers with ETA’s and provide customers with POD’s.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
- Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
- Set up customers on the website including their bespoke online catalogue.
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
- Help customers register online and process their orders.
- Check product availability for customer orders and work with Procurement on resourcing if required.
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
- Assist financial department with customers with accounting issues raised by the customer.
- Assist in setting up customers logos and embroideries to go on garments.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years proven track record of customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- At least 5 years proven track record for skills in using ERP System like NetSuite.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Due to the requirement of the role, you will need to be able to commute to Waterlooville.
**Hours of work**
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
**Renumeration & Benefits**
£27-30,000 per annum
22 days holiday.
