**About the Role**
We have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join our growing Central Service Warranty team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a highly successful and growing organisation.
Working within our small and friendly Warranty team, your key role will be to assist in processing warranty claims to ensure all manufacturer warranty KPIs and deadlines are met to maximise profitability.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
Prepare and process warranty claims for various manufacturers in an accurate and timely fashion whilst ensuring no penalties are incurred in accordance with Manufacturer warranty terms and conditions.
Liaise with Service managers and Technicians in order to obtain the correct and accurate information for the warranty claim process
Obtain and prepare failed parts to be returned to manufacturers upon their request.
Ensure Warranty work in progress is kept in line with company targets and that no claims fall into time penalty
Work with Management to complete timely internal audits as required
**Skills Required**:
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Very strong IT skills with the ability to use them in processing a high volume of claims
- Microsoft Word, Excel essential
- A “Can-Do” attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with in strict deadlines
- Strong mechanical background
**Remunerations**:
Basic salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), company pension, bonus scheme, employee discount, cycle to work scheme.
**Hours and place of work**
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, South Molton EX36 3LZ
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Warranty: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
