A large City based financial services company is looking for an experienced IT Service Management /Delivery Analyst to join its team.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 based on experience and includes benefits such as bonus, 25 days annual leave, outstanding pension scheme and more In addition following probation they offer hybrid working of up to 2 days a week from home.
This is a fantastic ITSM opportunity that will give you opportunity to learn scripting, automation and a range of service delivery skills. Day to day duties will range from:
- IT asset management (across hardware, software (SAM), warranties etc.)
- License management (SLM)
- Inventory management/auditing
- IT procurement
- Staff onboarding, including access management and IMAC
- Maintaining accurate IT records and service issue logs
- Ensure IT service quality through creation of KPI reports and monitoring SLA's
- IT Vendor management
- Learning scripting and automating tasks
- Incident management
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in a similar role (any industry background considered) along with exposure to some of the duties listed above. An aptitude for learning will be required as this role will give you opportunityfor growth and development of skills. This could also suit someone technical who has worked in an IT Service Desk/ Helpdesk Administrator role that is looking to move more into service delivery.
