They will author associated user guides and communications to the Trust around new solutions.

They will manage on-going maintenance of existing digital solutions and new work requests through a software work management tool.
- Manage the design of new digital solutions
- Manage the creation of prototypes for new digital solutions
- Create functional specifications for new digital solutions
- Produce reports and recommendations for improving traffic using the analytics data
- Project manage new digital solutions through to launch
- Create user guides for all digital solutions
- Provide support to all Trust members in the use of digital solutions
- Produce user guides and provide training to the IT trainers on digital solutions
- Keep abreast of new digital technology and suggest ways to implement it within the Trust
- Manage requests for new project, features, enhancements and bug fixes using the online request system Jira.

This post will be working with a team consisting of a Digital producer, Solutions Architect and Digital Solutions Manager.

For new solutions they will organise architecture workshops and design meetings for new digital solutions. Using the information gathered they will work with the Web/Digital Developer to author functional specifications working closely with internal client to refine and sign off as a blueprint for the subsequent development.

They will be an expert on any relevant guidelines including branding and accessibility and will ensure that any digital solutions are of a high quality and meet with these guidelines as well as any legal requirements e.g. the “cookie” law and privacy.

They will author associated user guides and communications to the Trust around new solutions.

They will have expertise in wider Trust systems in order to support integration and interoperability.

They will manage on-going maintenance of existing digital solutions and new work requests through a software work management tool.

They will provide back up and support for project managers of non-digital projects.

**The post holder will be responsible for**:

- The Intranet which aims to become a tool to support an efficient, paperless, Trust.
- Trust websites
- Trust mobile apps
- Manage the design of new digital solutions
- Manage the creation of prototypes for new digital solutions
- Create functional specifications for new digital solutions
- Produce reports and recommendations for improving traffic using the analytics data
- Project manage new digital solutions through to launch
- Create user guides for all digital solutions
- Provide support to all Trust members in the use of digital solutions
- Produce user guides and provide training to the IT trainers on digital solutions
- Keep abreast of new digital technology and suggest ways to implement it within the Trust
