Join us at DWP Digital, where you’ll be part of the largest government implementation of ServiceNow in Europe.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of all DWP ServiceNow instances together with our Amazon Web Voice capability and supporting infrastructure. This will include providing technical and operational support that safeguards the live service.

**Job description**:
As a ServiceNow System Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Deal with and take decisions on day-to-day support of services/solutions relating to own work area and to those they manage. Provide technical support and assistance to delivery teams.
- 3rd line support for incidents, problems and changes. Ensures that the right actions are taken to investigate, resolve and anticipate problems.
- Administration and support of infrastructure solutions.
- Monitoring of infrastructure services including alerts and taking appropriate action where required.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the technical concepts relevant to the role, recognising how they integrate within the broader digital landscape and being mindful of the limitations of digital technologies when designing or supporting solutions.

This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in their DWP office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and your office will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business need but personal circumstances and other relevant circumstances will also be taken into account. **Salary Information**

Pay for this role is from £44,447 to £46,547.

Existing Civil Servants who secure a new role on lateral transfer will maintain their current salary.
