**Core Responsibilities**:
- ** Control Design & Documentation**: Coordinate the identification, implementation, and testing of controls within the internal framework, ensuring thorough documentation and continuous improvement through data-led insights.
- ** Governance & Compliance**: Maintain oversight of control adherence, assurance tasks, and risk events, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., HMRC, FCA, tPR) and internal policies.
- ** Data-Driven Oversight**: Utilise data analytics and automation to monitor control effectiveness, streamline governance processes, and support audit readiness.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with internal teams and outsourced providers to optimise operational workflows, automate manual processes, and resolve issues efficiently.
- ** Reporting & Education**: Deliver clear, data-backed reporting and represent the Oversight team in forums and meetings, sharing best practices and supporting crew education.
- ** Operational Integrity**: Ensure accurate and timely processing across all UKPI platform products, assessing and enhancing procedures to uphold industry standards.
- ** Strategic Contribution**: Participate in special projects and contribute to broader operational and governance initiatives.
**What You’ll Bring**:
