Maintenance & Gardening

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on **Maintenance & Gardening**to join our team at Lonsdale House Boutique Apartments. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while also having a green thumb

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks across hotel facilities (plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, etc.)
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues or guest concerns
- Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure all areas are in good condition
- Maintain outdoor areas including trimming grass, weeding, and general gardening duties
- Keep tools and equipment in good working condition
- Assist in setting up rooms, furniture, or equipment when needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role preferred
- Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping (e.g., mowing, trimming, planting)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends or respond to occasional urgent requests

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
