Lonsdale House is a beautifully restored Grade II listed property in the heart of Ulverston, offering luxury serviced accommodation across 13 stunning Apartments.

We are now looking for new team members to help us deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and detail-oriented individuals to join our close-knit housekeeping team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a warm, professional environment where high standards and pride in your work are truly valued.

**Housekeeper - Ideal Profile**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, B&B, or similar hospitality environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work well within a small team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding service
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays (on a rota basis)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations (preferred but not essential)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and preparing guest suites to the highest standard for check-ins and turnarounds
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of communal areas and our lovely “Secret Garden”
- Conducting regular room inspections to uphold our quality standards
- Coordinating and assisting with minor maintenance tasks and reporting issues as needed

**Flexible Hours**:We’re keen to build a long-term relationship with the right person. We offer flexibility on hours and are open to both part-time and regular weekend availability, with fair rotas and holiday consideration.

**Pay and Perks**: We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£15 per hour, depending on experience, plus pension and a range of team perks - including the chance to enjoy complimentary stays and discounts for friends and family at Lonsdale House.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
