Site Agent

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a well known Tier 1 contractor working on a large Infrastructure in the Birmingham area.

The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. Your role as Site Agent you will be part of our team who are responsible for managing and delivering the engineering team on a large structures/Infrastructure project.

My client is looking for individuals to join the company who would be looking to develop their career and grow within the company as it expands.

Key responsibilities for this Site Agent role:

- Lead and manage the engineering team
- Delivery both temporary and permanent works
- Reporting
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure project delivered to engineering that relate to the drawings/designs provided
- Deliver engineering works on time and within budget
- Health and Safety
- Client Liaison
- Work with Project manager and planner onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are hit

Experience required for this Site Agent role:

- Previous Site Engineering experience ideally some structures experience
- Strong management/leadership skills
- Strong Health and safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrate a clear focus on customer and stakeholder performance with a service excellence and performance focus

Package offered for this Site Agent role:

- Basic Salary up to £58,000 GBP depending on experience
- Plus package
