**About the Role**:
This is a brand new role within our established Operations Team, with a focus on bridging the gap between Sales and Operations. You will be working closely with the Sales Team to assist with all post-booking processes, ensuring our bookings travel without a hitch, and our clients have a seamless booking experience every single time.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:
Booking itineraries, including accommodation, flights, transfers, tours and more - ensuring strong eye-for-detail at every stepAssisting the Sales Team with any post-booking questions from our clientsHandling booking-related issues, including flight cancellations and schedule changes - problem solving to minimise any avoidable issuesAssisting with booking cancellations and date changesMaintaining an organised booking system, ensuring it's always up-to-date and accurateLiaising with suppliers and partners to ensure bookings travel without a hitchCovering inboxes during annual leave
