We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Trainee Team Leader to work at our SUBWAY restaurant in Kendal.

Team Leaders form the core of any successful team at Subway and are responsible for the daily running of a shift. Team Leaders work alongside the Store Manager to ensure that high levels of customer service & store cleanliness are met at all times and that the team adheres to all Subway operations.

Becoming a Team Leader is a fantastic route into Store Management for anyone interested in a career within the catering, retail or hospitality industries.

Main Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and ensuring all employees are following your example
- Responsible for the opening/ closing of the store
- Continually corrective coach and encourage staff to meet new levels of customer service
- Food Preparation - Preparing meat, vegetables and bread to a high standard
- Ensuring the front counter is well stocked with fresh produce at all times
- Paperwork and Cash Handling
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Cleaning to a high standard ensuring the customer area and back room is kept tidy and organised
- Ensure that all operations are carried out to Subway standard
