Temporary contract: 12 weeks, full-time hours (students not considered for this role)

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- To provide a high level of comprehensive administration support and assistance to the two Directors, which includes coordinating all meetings and following up appropriate actions on their behalf
- To facilitate and provide a comprehensive administration service which includes drafting responses on behalf of the Directors, diary management, and minute-taking experience at a senior level
- The range of tasks covered is wide and the emphasis will vary, dependent upon the priorities of the Directors at the time
- There is a constant workload that requires prioritisation, self-direction, and working to tight deadlines
- To prioritise and plan own workload taking the lead on identified tasks, projects, and work streams
- To support the cover of PA roles across the Corporate Governance Team
