Our client is seeking a talented Digital Advertising Strategist to join their Digital team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing our client's digital advertising initiatives in preparation for upcoming events.

Collaboration is important to you, and you take pride in your work. You excel at leading projects from conceptualization to implementation, delivering captivating online advertising that aligns with our client's goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement ad buying strategies across all digital platforms and ad types, ensuring optimization to reflect current political issues.
- Coordinate advertising efforts from concept to execution, working closely with colleagues in the Digital team to align with the organization's messaging and narrative.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, providing key stakeholders with valuable insights across the organization.
- Manage allocated ad budgets to ensure the party's key objectives are met.
- Target, cultivate, and mobilize various audiences to take action, driving engagement and growth for the organization.
- Identify opportunities to explore new and emerging technologies and advertising strategies, staying ahead of industry trends.

Professional Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering high-profile digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong focus on data-driven decision-making, with expertise in analyzing ad data and generating comprehensive reports.
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a creative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for innovating existing systems and exploring new methods to enhance advertising efforts.
- Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, make quick decisions, solve problems efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Thrives in an agile, responsive, and fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of UK politics and sound political judgment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
