**Overview**
**Administrative Assistant with CAD Expertise**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, modify, and update technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
- Assist with document management and filing, both digital and physical.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
- Help track project progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments for resource planning and project execution.
- Support the team in ensuring timely delivery of drawings and other project-related documents.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or office support role, with at least 1-2 years of experience working with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Proficient in CAD software for creating and modifying designs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
- Knowledge of industry standards for technical drawings and design.
- Basic understanding of project management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
