We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

- Assist with data entry tasks
- Creating tenancies
- Liasing with Tenants, Landlords and contractors
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Utilize computerized systems such as QuickBooks and Google Suite for various administrative tasks
