£30.500 per year with additional benefits package
Day shifts (07:30 - 16:00, Monday to Thursday | 07:30 - 12:30, Friday)

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a large award-winning engineering company who operate within the automotive sector and are currently seeking an experienced CNC Gear Cutter to work on site in Leamington Spa. You will be a part of a smallteam to deliver high quality transmission components for the motorsport /aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gleason GP300 ES Shaping machine
- Gleason-Pfauter 200 Hobbing machine
- Liebherr LC20 Hobbing machine

Skills Specification:
Cutting Knowledge of the following:

- Spur Gears
- Helical Gears
- Splines
- Sherlocks & Slots

What would we like to see:

- Working in a small batch gear cutting section with the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Has the ability to check own work using a Klingenberg P26 gear graphing machine, pins and span micrometres.
- Can do attitude.
- Flexibility with regards to moving onto a different department when required.
- Proactive approach to supporting the team
