Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a large award-winning engineering company who operate within the automotive sector and are currently seeking couple of CNC and Gear Grinders to be based at their site in Leamington Spa. Various positions/shiftpatterns available.

The**Gear Grinders** will focus on grinding aerospace and transmission components. They will Programme, Set, and Operate, Opal and Hofler Gear grinders, using Klingelnberg PNC 100/P26 for inspection of own work. They should be able to interpretand qualify results and present sound knowledge of gears.

The **CNC Grinders** would be Programming Fanuc 16T control and Studer Picto programming software.
Main responsibilities will include grinding of aerospace and transmission components to ensure parts are to drawing and of an acceptable standard. Use of various inspection equipment, to determine size and surface finish and manual grinding as and when required(cylindrical, internal/external, and surface grinding).
