The Owner of a group of inns is seeking a **Head Chef** that can take ownership of the the food and maintain the standards that are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pubs good reputation in the area. The HeadChef will need to work closely with the motivated team of chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The menus consist of all day grills and global comfort foods but as head chef you will have a good degree of autonomyon the menus. The kitchen is well supported and fully equipped, as Head Chef you will be leading the team of chefs from the front ensuring the standards are maintained during extremely busy peaks.
